I’m a psychotherapist/yoga therapist and registered nurse with an eclectic background and education (see below). I’ve spent my life exploring the intersection between mind and body and I’m most interested in personal evolution. My unique gift is the ability to take a huge body of knowledge (research & practice) and distill it down to its most relevant and practical points. I use this skill to combine movement, breath and psychology, helping my clients lead connected, healthy and deeply meaningful lives.

I’m also a mindfulness expert, appearing monthly on the Tonic Talk Show. I discuss the relationship between mindfulness and well-being across the lifespan. Likewise, I provide medical education rounds to physicians across Canada on the benefits of mindfulness practice. My free meditation recordings can be found on the App Insight Timer.
